Terms & Conditions for adc8 — Please Read Carefully

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and adc8 ("adc8", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the adc8 website at https://adc8.im, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, live dealer tables, and any other gaming products made available through the platform.

By accessing the adc8 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the adc8 platform and close your account.

adc8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond posting the revised version on the adc8 website. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms are published in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation and dispute. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the adc8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you at the time of a promotional offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and adc8 with respect to your use of the platform. No verbal representations, third-party claims, or prior correspondence shall override the written terms set out in these documents.

Access to adc8 and the use of any of its gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which an account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. adc8 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling activity as recognised by adc8's operating standards.
• You are not accessing adc8 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of adc8 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from adc8 through the platform's self-exclusion programme, and you have not had a prior account closed for a breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

adc8 is committed to preventing underage gambling. At registration, you will be required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. In addition, adc8 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at key account milestones — including before processing your first withdrawal — which requires the submission of government-issued identification confirming your date of birth.

Acceptable forms of identification for age verification include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate as issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. adc8 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including access to withdrawal functions, until age verification is successfully completed to our satisfaction.

If at any point adc8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any funds deposited by a player who is subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be returned via the original deposit method, and no winnings generated during the period of underage play will be paid out.

To access the full range of gaming services on adc8, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of account balances.

One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active adc8 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. adc8 employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings generated will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your adc8 account credentials, including your username and password. adc8 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and strongly encourages you to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

adc8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify adc8 customer support immediately by contacting us at support@adc8.im.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to player security and anti-money laundering compliance, adc8 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires the submission of a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and in some cases, evidence of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership).

adc8 supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi players. All transactions on the adc8 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). adc8 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through standard supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees and adc8 has no control over these.

Supported Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed clearly at the point of withdrawal.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your adc8 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 working days to reflect in your account balance depending on the processing schedule of your bank.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the adc8 payments team within 1–24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are dispatched to your nominated payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically arrive in your mobile wallet within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days.

Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been verified and linked to your adc8 account. For anti-money laundering compliance, adc8 follows a policy of returning funds to the original deposit source wherever technically possible. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that you have not previously used to make a deposit on the adc8 platform.

Anti-Money Laundering

adc8 maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. The platform monitors all transaction activity for suspicious patterns. adc8 reserves the right to request additional documentation, place temporary holds on withdrawal requests, or report activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so. Players are prohibited from using the adc8 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.

adc8 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your adc8 account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional material for each offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that you must wager the total value of the bonus amount thirty times before a withdrawal request for those funds will be approved.

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, bonus funds may only be used on casino games and will not count toward wagering requirements when used on sports betting markets. Certain games — including but not limited to specific jackpot slots — may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions entirely. Bonus Abuse

adc8 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, placing hedging bets that minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and any other behaviour that adc8 determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, adc8 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.

Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and verify an adc8 account may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a specific wagering requirement, and a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be met. Full terms are displayed on the adc8 promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to players based in Bangladesh and is offered in BDT only.

As a registered player on adc8, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through online gaming — and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to access, interact with, or exploit any part of the adc8 platform without express written permission from adc8.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players or adc8 staff members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank, mobile financial service provider, or card issuer. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for the full disputed amount.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing wagers using non-public information or in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the adc8 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a confirmed technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with adc8 customer support staff.

adc8 reserves the right to determine, at its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibitions. Decisions made by adc8 in this regard are final.

All content available on the adc8 platform — including but not limited to the adc8 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, audio and video content, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement of all such materials — is owned by or licensed to adc8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the adc8 platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any adc8 content; modify or create derivative works from any adc8 content; use any adc8 branding, trademarks, or logos without express written permission; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform by any automated means.

Game content available on the adc8 platform is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective provider. adc8 makes no claim to ownership of third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of adc8 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your platform access and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages and/or injunctive relief.

adc8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if adc8 determines — at its sole and reasonable discretion — that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
• The player's account activity is associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A regulator, law enforcement authority, or court order requires suspension or closure.
• adc8 is required to withdraw services from the player's jurisdiction for legal or commercial reasons.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your adc8 account at any time by contacting customer support at support@adc8.im. Upon receipt of your request, adc8 will process the closure within a reasonable time. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. adc8 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the registered email address before declaring an account dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee, the details of which will be communicated to you at the time. Any remaining balance after the deduction of applicable administrative fees will be held by adc8 for a further period in accordance with applicable law before being treated as unclaimed.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your adc8 account for any reason, your right to access the platform and its services will cease immediately. adc8 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations.
